เว็บ Britneyspears.com เตือนครั้งแรก เมื่อ 2 เดือนเมื่อวันที่ 29 สิงหา ตอนมีข่าวใหม่ๆว่า ไม่เป็นความจิง

หลังจากเรื่องเงียบไปสัก 2 เดือนสำหรับคำกล่าวหาของ Fernando Flores อดีตบอดี้กาดบริทที่กล่าวหาว่า บริทล่วงละเมินทางเพศเขา และ ทำร้ายทารุณ ลูกตัวเอง และก่อนหน้านั้นทางเว็บ Britneyspears ได้ออกคำเตือนมาแล้วว่าข่าวนั้น ไม่มีมูลความจิง
และได้มีกรมสิทธิเด็กและครอบครัวได้เข้าทำการตรวจสอบทันทีหลังจากมีข่าวออกมา โดยมีกุมารแพทย์เข้าร่วมตรวจร่างกายเด็กๆ ยืนยันในครั้งนั้น และสรุปออกมาได้ว่า ทั้งเด็กๆ และ บริทไม่ได้มีปัญหาตามคำกล่าวอ้าง ทำให้ไม่ต้องดำเนินการใดๆ แก่ Brit
อีกทั้งคนสนิทของ Brit ยังออกมาบอกว่า นาย Fernando เป็นเพียงบอดี้กาดติดตามBrit ไปไหนมาไหนเท่านั้น ไม่เคยเข้าไปในบ้านของ Brit และเขาเข้ามาทำงานกับบริทได้เพียง 5 เดือนเท่านั้นก่อนถูกไล่ออก ข่าวทั้งหมดเป้นเรื่องไร้สาระไม่มีมูลอย่างแรงมาก Fernando Flores ฉวยโอกาศอยากดัง ทั้งบริทและ เควิ่น เลี้ยงลูกๆ เป้นอย่างดี แม้จะไม่ได้อยู่ ด้วยกันพวกเขารักเด็กๆ
และหลังจากที่มีการตรวจเรื่องก็เงียบไม่มีการตอบโต้ใดๆ ไปในที่สุด

แต่เมื่อวันพุธที่ผ่านมาข่าวนี้ก็ถูกขุดขึ้นมาอีกครั้งหลังจากเงีบยไป 2 เดือนกว่าๆ โดย อดีตบอดี้กาด Fernando Flores ไม่ยอมเลิกลายังไง๊ยังไง ก็จะฟ้องเอาค่าเสียหายให้ได้ จนทำให้ข่าวถูกพูดถึงอีกครั้ง และตอนนี้ก็ดูเมื่อจะดังใหญ่แล้ว มีปาปาคอยตามถ่ายและเมื่อวานนนี้อดีตบอดี้กาดFernando Flores ยังพูดถึง เรื่องนี้กับ ปาปา ว่า "ผมคิดถึงเด็กๆ และหวังว่าเด็กๆจะไม่มารับรู้เรื่องกฎหมาย และหวังว่าเด็กๆจะสวดมนต์ให้เธอ (บริท)" เหอๆ

Statement About Mr. Flores' Lawsuit

This lawsuit is another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself. The Department of Children and Family Services conducted a proper investigation surrounding Mr. Flores' accusations and have closed the case without any further action. Ms. Spears and her attorneys have every expectation that this matter will be dismissed by the courts.

อย่างไรก็ดีงานนี้อดีตสามีและพ่อของลูกๆ บริท Kevin Federline ออกมาไม่เชื่อคำกล่าวหาของอดีตบอดี้กาดผู้นั้น โยเควิ่นบอกว่า "ฉันคิดว่า ณ เวลานี้ข้อกล่าวหาที่พูดมาเพื่อตัวเอง"ด้านMark Vincent Kaplan ทนายความของ Kevin Federline กล่าว "ข้อกล่าวหาดังกล่าวมีสินค้าที่ส่งผลทางธุรกิจ และคิดว่าเป้นเรื่องนี้เป็นเรื่องโคมลอย"
Kevin Federline Defends Britney
Britney Spears former husband has defended her against sexual harassment and child abuse claims.
Kevin Federline is adamant allegations contained in a lawsuit filed by Britneys former bodyguard Fernando Flores yesterday (08.09.10) which allege the Toxic singer sexually harassed him and physically beat her son Sean Preston with a belt are fabricated.
Kevins attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said : He is satisfied the allegations are a product of economic motives. They are as baseless as they seem.
Kaplan added Kevin who has primary custody of his and Britneys children, Sean Preston, four, and three-year-old Jayden James asked the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services to investigate the claims and found no wrongdoing by his ex-wife.
He added : I think the timing of this and the nature of the allegations speak for themselves.
