Nervous Cheryl Cole has admitted shes terrified about performing on Sundays episode of The X Factor.
The judge who has sung in front of thousands during the Girls Aloud tours says shes not looking forward to the tables turning on her when she belts out her solo track on the show.

Its really here and happening on Saturday. I love performing but Ive sat for weeks judging people and now Im putting myself out there to be judged. And Im on my own now, I wont even have my cotton wool anymore.
She added to DJ Chris Moyles: Theres part of us where I cant wait and Im excited to get out there and the other half is saying, what are you doing?
Meanwhile, Cheryl, 26, said she wants to help new artists develop their own acts full time once her own pop career has dried up.
She said she made the decision after watching last years champ and her own protégée Alexandra Burke go from strength to strength after winning the show.
Cheryl added: The buzz of it is such a rush.
