They looked more like bracelets swinging from her lobes than earrings. But jewelry can sometimes disappear on the red carpet, especially in a season of overblown gowns like this one. But not these babies. The rose cut beauties set in white gold from Chopard weighed in at a whopping 43 carats.
Chopard dressed a number of other stars at the event as well. Penelope Cruz shone in pear shape diamond drop earrings (18 carats), a fancy cut diamond cocktail ring set in a white gold diamond pave band (16 carats) and three diamond bracelets: an Asscher cut set in platinum (23 carats), an emerald cut gradual diamond bracelet set in platinum (28 carats) and a diamond line bracelet.
Helen Mirren wore a Chopard oval shape diamond necklace (125 carats) set in platinum, pear shape diamond drop earrings (9 carats) also set in platinum and a fancy and rose cut diamond cuff. And Mo'Nique sparkled in earrings that combined radiant cut fancy yellow diamonds set in yellow gold and emerald cut white diamonds set in white gold (17 carats total), a fancy yellow princess cut diamond line bracelet (27 carats) paired with a fancy light yellow radiant cut diamond line bracelet (46 carats) both set in yellow gold.
