HER TOXICOLOGY REPORT'S COME BACK CLEAR
Amy Winehouse's official toxicology report has revealed she had no illegal substances in her body when she died.
A spokesperson for her family has released the following statement;
"Toxicology results returned to the Winehouse family by authorities have confirmed that there were no illegal substances in Amy's system at the time of her death."
"Results indicate that alcohol was present but it cannot be determined as yet if it played a role in her death.
"The family would like to thank the police and coroner for their continuing thorough investigations and for keeping them informed throughout the process.
"They await the outcome of the inquest in October."
If Amy's death is found not to be due to alcohol poisoning, it's could be possible that she choked on her own vomit - which is why we should all be clued up about this video.
Amy was found dead in her London flat on July 23rd. Her funeral was held on July 26th and attended by celebrity friends including Mark Ronson and Kelly Osborne.
Amy's father Mitch has now set plans in motion to set up a rehab for young people, which will have a base at Amy's former home in North London.
