A 20 year old Californian woman, Mariah Yeater claims Justin Bieber is the father of her 3-month-old baby son. She has filed a lawsuit saying Justin Bieber is the father of her baby boy, RadarOnline and Star Magazine are reporting.
Mariah Yeater claims she was 19 years old when she had ** with Justin Bieber backstage at one of his Los Angeles shows last year.
Mariah Yeater is demanding Justin Bieber to take a paternity test to scientifically confirm he is the father of the child. The papers were filed in late October and Yeater asks the court for Bieber to provide adequate support for her baby.
Justin Biebers reps have denied the accusations but a court hearing has been set for later this year.
In a statement to RadarOnline.com, Justins reps said: While we havent yet seen the lawsuit, its sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.
