Britney ชนะคดี จากอดีตผู้จัดการ Sam Lutfi และ ทนายความของเขา Jon Eardley
รายงานล่าสุด ตอนนี้สั่งพิพากษาให้ Sam Lutfi และ Jon Eardley ต้องจ่ายเงินค่าธรรมเนี่ยมกับศาล เนื่องจากแพ้คดีโดย Sam Lutfi จะต้องจ่าย $ 92,845 ส่วนทนายความ Jon Eardley ต้องจ่าย $98,585
โดยก่อนหน้านี้เมื่อ 3 ปีที่แล้ว Britney ได้ชนะคดีไปแล้วรอบนึงโดยศาลเคยสั่งห้ามให้ 2 คนนี้เข้าใกล้ Bitney และครอบครัว ในระยะ 100 เมตร และมีการฟ้องร้องยื่นเยื้องกันมาตลอดจนเมื่อเดือน เม.ย. ที่ผ่านมา ตัวแทน Britney ยื่นต่อศาลให้ทางฝ่ายSam Lutfi และ Jon Eardley จ่ายค่าธรรมเนี่ยมต่อศาลในฐานนะผู้แพ้คดี และัผลพึ่งออกมาเมื่อวานนี้คะ

Britney Spears has just won it big in the courts against her ex-manager Sam Lutfi because they have been avoiding her, so now the judge has ordered up.
TMZ reports:
A judge just ordered Britney’s ex-manager, Sam Lutfi to pay Britney’s estate (she’s under a conservatorship) $92,845 in attorneys fees. You may recall, Britney’s lawyers got a restraining order against Lutfi who has been like a bad meal that just doesn’t go away. Now Lutfi must foot the bill for Britney’s hired guns.
Ditto attorney Jon Eardley, who claimed to represent Britney in an attempt to unhinge the conservatorship. Britney’s lawyers say Eardley never repped Brit and they got a restraining order against him as well. Eardley must now pay Britney’s estate $98,585.
