On March 30, the dominican newspaper "Listin Diario" reported that the Colombian singer, have had recorded a duet with Madonna. The song, entitled "Forgive," would be rather than finished, and the video clip is being shooting.

At first, Shakira thought in Rihanna to record the duet of this song (originally called "Forgive (But I Can Not Forget)"), but was later canceled due to personal issues of the singer (Rihanna). There will be also a spanish version for Latin America and Spain, called "Mírame" (look at me), the guest artist in this case, would be Kat Deluna.
The single could see the light this summer (late June or early July), but before that there will be a preview of a song titled "Nunca" (and the english version, "Never"), which can be heard on Shakira's official website, starting April 20.

According to los 40, Shakira recorded almost 62 songs, between those, she chose 13 for her next album: "Hot News" (featuring Pharell Williams), "Forgive" (featuring Madonna) and its spanish version, "Mírame", with Kat de Luna, Nunca/Never, Libertad (w. Calle 13), By Myself/Te Amaré, among others.
