Never one to shy away from controversy, Avril Lavigne was spotted out yet again with Brandon Davis over the weekend, causing more speculation regarding her rumored to be troubled marriage.

The “Sk8er Boi” songstress was reportedly getting plenty cozy with the Greasy Bear while out at El Carmen bar in West Hollywood, talking very intimately throughout the night.

And once Avril discovered that there was a paparazzo in her midst, she ordered that the camera be confiscated - but not before a couple of condemning shots were taken.

This latest incident is sure to raise more questions as to whether or not Lavigne and her husband Deryck Whibley are heading for splitsville - a matter she continues to deny.
