และช่วยแนะนำวงป๊อปร๊อคเจ๋งๆสักวงทีครับ ช่วงนี้อยากสะบัดหัวให้ลืมเรื่องแย่ๆ

มีอีกเรื่องอยากจะปรึกษาหน่อยครับ คือ น้องๆในคณะสีผมมันไม่ค่อยให้ความร่วมมือเลยอ่ะ ร้องกันเสียงเบามาก สตาฟต้องแหกปากกันเอง พี่ม.6ก็เหมือนกันปีที่แล้วตัวเองบังคับน้องให้ร้องเพลง แต่พอขึ้นม.6กลับไม่ร้อง ไม่ใช่วยน้อง ไม่ช่วยสี เอือมระอามากกกก ผมอยากได้แนวทางในการจัดการเรื่องพวกนี้หน่อยอ่ะครับ ไม้เเข็งก็แล้ว ไม้อ่อนก็แล้ว ปลง

ถ้าเค้าไม่ร้องก็ปล่อยกลับบ้านเย็นๆเลย

หรือไม่ก็ ลองให้เค้าฟังเสียงสีอื่นที่ร้องเพลงดัง แล้วบอกเด็กให้ร้องดังๆแข่งกับสีอื่น เป็นการกระตุ้นความสนุกได้ อย่าไปบังคับมาก หรืออย่าอ่อนเปลี้ยเกินไปสำหรับเด็กพวกนี้

อีกอย่างลองมีข้อแลกเปลี่ยนกับเด็กๆ แล้วสัญญาก็ต้องเป็นสัญญา อย่าเบี้ยว เช่น
ถ้าร้องอีก 2-3 รอบดังๆจะปล่อย ถ้าเด็กร้องดังก็ให้ปล่อยไป แต่ถ้าร้องไม่ได้เรื่องก็ทำแบบนี้ไปเรื่อยๆ ให้เค้าดูสีอื่นปล่อยกันหมดแล้วนั่นแหละ

กะจะลองแนวพวกปราศัยชุมนุม ยุให้เกลียดสีอื่นอยู่ 5555

ตอนนี้เอือมระอากับพี่ม.6มาก คือตอนเช้าจะเข้าแถวเป็นคณะสี แล้วก่อนจะขึ้นห้องเรียน เขาจะให้แต่ละสีโชว์ความพร้อม พร้อมๆกัน

เลยกะจะทำป้ายติดกลางอกเสื้อของสตาร์ฟทุกคนตอนที่ยืนคุมสีอยู่ เขียนประโยคสั้นๆอย่าง น้องช่วยพี่แล้ว แต่ทำไมพี่ไม่ช่วยน้องบ้าง / คนที่ไม่ร้องนี่ ด้านไปไหม / ไม่ให้ความร่วมมือ=เห็นแก่ตัว ประมาณนี้ เหอๆ
